Keeping long in the lap of cloud
A droplet of water cheerful and proud
Kept chanting his worth and holding his promise
In the kingdom of clouds rumbled his voice
It rained one day,in the sea he was thrown
He lost his merit,his dream was blown
He beat his chest, for he remained undiscovered
For human eye,sorry he could not keep his word
Tears in eyes,came swimming an oyster
Offered her lap for the child of nature
He slept for ages in the mother's lap
And aroused to the miracle at nature's clap
To decorate the crown,was sent a curl
The king's man found a priceless pearl
The dream of the droplet was realised
Curiousity to contribute is always prized
